MoonBeam Pregnancy Yoga classes are all about staying active and helping to ease up those aches and pains that growing a little person can cause. 
You can join us from 12 weeks and it's suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience. 
Classes involve:
• Breathing techniques to help you through birth
• Pregnancy safe yoga
• A beautiful guided mediation to enhance bonding with baby

Luna is a gentle yoga class for you to move, stretch and relax. This class is a perfect way to take time out from your busy life and find time for yourself.
