MoonBeam Pregnancy Yoga classes are all about staying active and helping to ease up those aches and pains that growing a little person can cause. 
You can join us from 12 weeks and it's suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience. 
Classes involve:
• Breathing techniques to help you through birth
• Pregnancy safe yoga
• A beautiful guided mediation to enhance bonding with baby

A great opportunity to meet other pregnant ladies, being new to the area it has made me feel abit more comfortable with having my first baby. 
The yoga is also great! A nice relaxing time each week, I look forward to the down time from a busy week.
